Coronavirus: High number of unreported cases of infections in children and adolescents

Within the framework of the LEAD study, a sample of children and adolescents in Vienna was examined. On average, about ten percent of the six to 20-year-olds had already been identified as infected by tests at school. Antibody tests were carried out on those who did not appear to be infected. And it turned out that here, too, another ten percent had already been infected with the coronavirus without knowing it.
